Are you tired of feeling small, silenced, or confined by societal pressures? Do you yearn to find your voice, take up more space, and embrace your true self? You're not alone.

Every one of us has experienced moments when we felt confined, small, or unheard. We've questioned our authenticity and felt the weight of societal expectations. But there's a path to empowerment and self-discovery, and it begins here.

Stir Your Soul was born at Rely on Rach to celebrate BIPOC healers in Rhode Island, shining a well-deserved spotlight on their vital work. It's also a space where I share the transformative tools that have guided me toward a life of purpose and intention

Meet our Guiding Light for STIR YOUR SOUL SESSION 1

Ana Duque, the powerhouse behind The Heal Room, is not just a healer but a beacon of light for those seeking empowerment, authenticity, and self-discovery.

Ana's expertise extends beyond traditional healing practices. She brings a unique blend of holistic wisdom, deep-rooted empathy, and a profound understanding of the human experience. Her mission is to empower people and the planet, and she does this with grace, compassion, and a touch of magic.

Throughout the retreat, Ana will be your guiding star. She will lead you through mindful breathwork, meditation, movement, and symbolic ritual. Rachel will offer inspiring exercises of self-discovery, and facilitate reflection and storytelling.

We will share a communal feast that highlights our stories, featuring foods that hold deep personal meaning for both Ana and Rachel. You are welcome to contribute something with meaning to you.

Stir Your Soul is a testament to the power of self-discovery, and under our guidance, you will find the courage to stand tall and embrace your truths.

Join us on this journey: This is not just a retreat; it's a life-altering experience led by remarkable women of color who endure endless pressures of conformity but walk the path of transformation and resistance. Let us illuminate your path as others did for us, and together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and authenticity.
