Who Should Attend? Â Anyone who is interested and eager to engage in sensitive discussions and reflective practices around equity and justice will find value in our meetups. Whether you are just starting to explore these topics or have been engaged in social justice for years, your presence and insights are welcome.
What to Expect: Each meetup is facilitated with care, starting with an introduction to the theme, followed by guided discussions, personal reflection time, and sharing of resources for ongoing education.
Our Commitment to Safety: We are deeply committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for all attendees. Respect, empathy, and confidentiality are the pillars of our gatherings, ensuring a space where individuals feel secure to express themselves openly. However, it's important to acknowledge that discussions on equity and inclusion can evoke strong emotions. We encourage each participant to be mindful of their emotional needs, take breaks as necessary, and utilize personal tools and support systems to manage their well-being throughout our sessions.
