To ensure we have a well-rounded and delicious meal, we kindly request that you sign up for specific slots and commit to bringing the dish you've chosen.

Please take a moment to review the available slots and select one that inspires you. We count on each of you to make this potluck a success, so your commitment is greatly appreciated.

If, for any reason, you can't make the event or provide the dish you signed up for, please let Rachel know (rachel@relyonrach.com or text 920-819-0672) as soon as possible so she can make any necessary adjustments.

Additionally, we're committed to making our themed Sunset Social potluck a sustainable and eco-friendly event. To minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint, we kindly ask everyone to keep the following in mind when planning your dish:

- Use reusable containers for storing and transporting your food instead of disposable ones when possible.

- If your dish requires a serving utensil, please bring it.

- Bring a Ready-to-Serve Dish if You Can

- Plates, napkins, and flatware will be provided to minimize single-use items.

- Plan for leftovers: Please plan ahead and bring a container for any remaining food.

- Label food that are allergen appropriate: We'll put out stickers to label your food, please label and make any helpful notes (Gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free, etc)

By working together to minimize waste, we can enjoy a delicious meal while caring for our planet.

Financial Hardship Assistance: We believe in making our events accessible to all. If you're experiencing financial hardship and would like to attend our event, please don't hesitate to reach out. We offer sponsored spots to ensure that financial constraints don't hinder your ability to join us.
